Pola e Massa has become a leading manufacturer of machines and lines for the manufacture of printed circuit boards mainly thanks to its brushing / polishers.
The product range of Pola and Massa includes two families of spazzotrici / satin finish – the model UNIBLOC (monocoque) and the modular version – designed to meet the diverse demands of customers (the most demanding), paying particular attention to the process and the cost / benefit ratio. The machines can be supplied in “Unibloc” as well as “modular” versions.
Deburring & Brushing Equipment
Our standard models are equipped with 2 or 4 brushes, and have a working width of 25 “(640 mm). On request can be foniti machinery of top width, from 30 “(780 mm) or 40” (1000 mm) , while the modular lines can be provided more pairs of brushes. models base version Unibloc modular and provide control MANUAL brushes and counter-rollers. The models are equipped with AUTOMATIC PLC that controls the entire operation of the machine. The more sophisticated models are able to treat circuits as thin as 0.1 mm. The latest innovation in the wide range of brushing is the model 4/25 / STR (available in manual and automatic), adapted to deal with panels thickness from 0.5 to 10 mm (and beyond).
